This innovative system simulates the effects of being immersed in fluid, automatically adjusting to each patient’s weight, surface area, and movement to create a personalized, near-neutral buoyant environment.

By minimizing soft tissue deformation and maintaining near-normal blood flow, the Dolphin FIS system helps improve tissue perfusion, making it highly effective for managing complex wounds, including pressure injuries through Stage 4, as well as post-operative flaps and grafts.

The Dolphin System’s three-dimensional volumetric engagement eliminates harmful shear forces, offering consistent support even during patient transport, thanks to its 12-hour battery life.

It’s compatible with a wide range of bed frames, including ICU, Med/Surg, and bariatric models, and is available in standard, pediatric, bariatric, wheelchair, and stretcher configurations.

Clinically indicated for patients who cannot be turned or repositioned due to medical conditions or when such interventions pose additional risks the Dolphin FIS System is also suitable for stabilized spinal cord injury patients, as directed by a physician.

Warranty

This product comes with a 2-year warranty on the mattress and its electronic components, and a 1-year warranty on the cover.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 10 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
