This product comes with a 5-year manufacturers parts warranty on the motor and 1 year manufacturers parts warranty on all other parts.

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
