Warranty

This product comes with a 5-year manufacturers parts warranty on the motor and 1 year manufacturers parts warranty on all other parts.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Once production of your custom item has begun, the order is unable to be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries: Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and you discover it is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
