• We also offer white glove engineer delivery with assembly for $660 if required. Please note that this extends lead time by an additional 5-7 business days. Remote areas may incur additional white glove delivery charges. If you consider your delivery address remote, please contact us for a quote.

Warranty

The Star Sleep Bed comes with the below manufacturers parts warranty

• Three years on the bed frame.
  
• Two years on the drive system.
  
• One year on wood parts, remote control & other accessories.
  
• Alto Med Supply’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts for or replacing, at its option, any product that, at the sole discretion of Alto Med Supply, is found to be defective. This warranty does not cover failure due to negligence, accident, deliberate abuse, installation not following the company’s instructions, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging. If the product has been removed from packaging or been used, we regret to inform you that returns will not be accepted.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
