Warranty

Tzora Mobility Scooters are backed by a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Warranty Coverage

For all Tzora scooters purchased new through Alto Med Supply, the warranty periods are as follows:

• 3 years – Metal frame
• 1 year – Electrical components (motor, controller, etc.)
• 6 months – Battery and battery charger

The warranty begins from the original date of purchase. If a part or product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the replacement item will carry the remaining warranty of the original item or 90 days from the replacement date—whichever is longer.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only to defects resulting from normal use and approved maintenance. It does not cover issues caused by:

• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
• Improper maintenance or unauthorized modifications
• Environmental exposure (e.g., water damage, extreme heat, or corrosion)

Warranty Claims Process

• Contact Alto Med Supply for an initial assessment of the issue.
• Tzora will review the claim and determine the best solution, which may include repair or replacement of the faulty component.
• Please note: On-site service, shipping, or delivery of replacement parts may incur additional charges.

Battery Care Guidelines

To maintain battery health and ensure optimal performance:

• Initial Charge: Perform a full, uninterrupted charge for at least 6 consecutive hours upon first use. Repeat monthly for batteries not in regular use.
• Connection Order: Always connect the charger to the battery first, then plug it into the power outlet.
• Regular Use: Recharge after each use, even after short trips.
• Avoid Heat: Do not leave the battery in hot environments such as closed vehicles on warm days.
• Protect batteries from water exposure (rain, dew, steam, sea spray, etc.).
• Avoid Moisture: Always disconnect the battery and charger once charging is complete.
• Use Original Chargery only: Only use the charger supplied with your Tzora scooter. Using third-party chargers, especially for lithium batteries, may cause damage and is not covered under warranty.
• Do not use damaged batteries: Avoid using batteries that have been dropped or show signs of damage.
• For idle batteries: If unused for an extended period, perform a deep charge at least once a month to prevent damage.

If you have any faults with your items, please contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply. You can contact us to confirm these at the time of purchase.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
