The QuadCount uses proprietary QuadSlides™, innovative four-chamber disposable slides that double the sample capacity of standard slides cutting consumable costs and allowing you to process up to four samples per slide.

Each chamber includes a hydrophilic surface with an engraved grid for consistent and precise counting.

Three flexible counting modes allow you to choose the best approach for your sample size and required accuracy:

• Quick Mode: 0.15 µL in 20 seconds (1 image frame)
• Normal Mode: 0.9 µL in 30 seconds (6 image frames)
• Precise Mode: 3.6 µL in 100 seconds (24 image frames)

Thanks to advanced optics and autofocus technology, the QuadCount automatically adjusts the focal plane in micron increments to ensure clarity and consistency.

This product comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
