The Smart-Q comes in two models tailored to different lab needs: the Smart-Q 100 for single-sample processing in 0.5mL assay tubes, perfect for low-throughput environments, and the Smart-Q 800, which supports high-throughput analysis of up to eight samples simultaneously with 0.2mL tubes or strip tubes, enhancing efficiency for larger workloads.

Both models feature a user-friendly 7-inch color touchscreen with an intuitive icon-driven interface and preprogrammed protocols, enabling quick assay setup and results in under six seconds. Data is conveniently saved internally and easily exported via USB.

The fluorometers include built-in reagent calculators to assist with sample preparation and support a broad range of fluorescent dyes through Blue and Red detection channels.

Warranty

This product comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. 

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
