Both the Concerto and Basic models feature a height-adjustable design, allowing caregivers to position the trolley at a comfortable working height to help reduce physical strain during patient care.
Height adjustment is operated by a reliable hydraulic pump, while the Concerto model is also available with an electrically powered actuator for added convenience and effortless operation.
Patient comfort is enhanced with a padded polyurethane (PU) mattress, head cushion, and wedge pillow that provide support throughout the bathing process.
The Concerto model includes a three-position adjustable backrest to improve positioning and comfort, along with a side-tilt function that makes cleaning, drying, and hygiene care easier and more efficient.
Designed for smooth transportation, the Concerto features straight steering on two castors for improved maneuverability in hallways and patient rooms.
It also provides automatic horizontal leveling when lowered alongside a bed, helping facilitate safe patient transfers.

Warranty
This product comes with a 1-year overall parts and labor manufacturer's warranty, featuring a 5-year structural warranty on the frame and a 30-day warranty on wearable components.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

- You have the right to return your order within 25 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs and 15% restocking fee apply.
