Its configurable backrest can be changed between waterfall and lateral back options to suit individual postural support needs.

With up to 30 degrees of tilt-in-space adjustment, the chair provides additional positioning options to help caregivers reposition users and manage pressure during extended periods of sitting.

It is also compatible with suitable standing aids to support assisted transfers and mobilisation when appropriate.

This product comes with a 7-year frame and 1-year components manufacturer's warranty.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 25 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs and 15% restocking fee apply. 
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
