When wheelchair access is not required, the unit can be stowed away, helping provide greater flexibility for the space.

The VISTA Portable uses a motor-powered Acme Screw Drive system enclosed within a standalone tower, eliminating the need for a separate machine room.

Its integrated design also does not require a drain or overhead clearance, which can simplify installation and integration into a variety of settings.

With qualified technicians, installation can be completed efficiently and safely according to the applicable installation requirements.

The Atlas VISTA Portable Vertical Platform Lift is available in 90-degree and 180-degree configurations and can be customized to accommodate different application requirements.

The lift features a constant-pressure rocker switch with an emergency stop (E-Stop) for operation and has a maximum travel of 64 inches (162.6 cm).

Depending on configuration, the platform lift supports capacities of up to 750 lbs and travels at speeds of up to 9 feet per minute (0.05 m/s).

Manufactured in North America, the VISTA Portable is designed to meet the applicable CSA B613, B355, ASME 17.1, and ASME 18.1 standards and requirements specified for the product.

Warranty

This product comes with a 12 month limited manufacturer's parts warranty.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Due to the nature of Atlas products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted (signed for) by the customer. However, if a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, any affected parts will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

To ensure any delivery-related issues can be resolved quickly, customers must follow the procedure below at the time of delivery:

• Inspect the outside of the crate/box for visible damage before signing.
  
• Note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt prior to accepting the shipment.
  
• If no damage is visible, sign for delivery and unpack the product as soon as possible.
  
• If concealed damage is discovered after unpacking, it must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately (typically within 24–48 hours) so a claim can be filed.

Failure to follow this process may prevent us from being able to assist with a freight damage claim.
