The Atlas VISTA Vertical Platform Lift is a compact and powerful wheelchair lift designed to provide reliable vertical accessibility in residential and commercial applications.

Manufactured in North America, the VISTA is built for demanding climates and offers a practical solution for overcoming vertical barriers without requiring a dedicated mechanical room, drain, or overhead clearance.

The lift is available with capacities ranging from 750 to 1,000 lbs., travel distances of up to 160 inches, and speeds of up to 9 feet per minute (FPM).

The VISTA features an ACME screw drive system powered by a 1.5 HP, 24 VDC motor for smooth and controlled movement during ascent and descent. Its compact design allows for flexible integration into various accessibility applications, while available platform, cabin, control, door, and gate configurations provide additional flexibility for different installation requirements.

Safety features are incorporated into the standard VISTA configuration, including a safety underpan, emergency lowering device, emergency stop controls, emergency alarm, obstacle detection sensors, pit switches, key-lock switches, continuous-pressure rocker controls, and an automatic folding ramp.

The galvanized steel platform provides a durable lifting surface, and the VISTA is available in 0-degree, 90-degree, and 180-degree configurations.

The Atlas VISTA is designed and manufactured to applicable lift and accessibility standards, including CSA B613, B355, ASME 17.1, and ASME 18.1.

For commercial installations, qualified technicians should perform the installation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations, as well as any applicable permitting and inspection requirements.

Requirements may vary depending on the installation location, building type, and intended application.

The VISTA offers several configuration options to accommodate specific project requirements.

Options include custom cabin heights, platform sizes and configurations, travel distances up to 160 inches, flush or surface-mounted controls, call posts, top gate-mounted controls, and various door and gate sizes and finishes.

A Commercial Kit, including Type 2252 controls, is also available for applications requiring that configuration.

The Atlas VISTA Vertical Platform Lift comes with a 12-month limited warranty on parts from the date of purchase.

Warranty

This product comes with a 12 month limited manufacturer's parts warranty.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Due to the nature of Atlas products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted (signed for) by the customer. However, if a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, any affected parts will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

To ensure any delivery-related issues can be resolved quickly, customers must follow the procedure below at the time of delivery:

• Inspect the outside of the crate/box for visible damage before signing.
  
• Note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt prior to accepting the shipment.
  
• If no damage is visible, sign for delivery and unpack the product as soon as possible.
  
• If concealed damage is discovered after unpacking, it must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately (typically within 24–48 hours) so a claim can be filed.

Failure to follow this process may prevent us from being able to assist with a freight damage claim.
