The Benchmark Scientific BioClave™ Research Autoclaves, available at Alto Med Supply, are specifically designed to provide reliable, fully automatic sterilization for laboratory research tools.

These compact, benchtop autoclaves come in three sizes – 8L, 18L, and 28L – and feature a built-in water tank, eliminating the need for an external water connection.

Despite their space-saving design, the stainless steel chambers are spacious enough to accommodate a wide variety of research laboratory items, including liquids, glassware, plasticware, and instruments.

With an easy-to-use digital LCD display, the BioClave™ autoclaves automatically handle every step of the sterilization cycle, including filling, sterilizing, exhausting, and drying, with just the press of a button.

The system’s advanced mechanical and electrical safety interlock ensures the door remains securely locked until the pressure has returned to zero, providing added safety during use.

The BioClave™ 8L Mini model is perfect for smaller, space-constrained labs. Pre-programmed with basic sterilization settings, it allows users to adjust temperature between 121°C and 134°C, while sterilization time is fully customizable.

For more advanced needs, the BioClave™ 18L and 28L models offer preset cycle programs designed for liquids, wrapped instruments, and unwrapped items like plasticware.

The 28L model features an expanded chamber size of 32 cm, capable of sterilizing larger items, including 1 and 2-liter flasks, while still remaining compact enough for benchtop use.

For labs requiring detailed sterilization records, an optional thermal mini-printer is available to document parameters, and a USB drive allows users to store and transfer settings to a PC.

Warranty

This product comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. 

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
