Comes with two 6.6 AH lithium-ion batteries (standard) or two 10 AH batteries (long range). Both are quick-release, airline and cruise approved. Charging time: 6-8 hours with included 24V 2A charger. 10 AH battery requires a separate 24V 3A charger for faster charging.
Range
Standard: 6.6 AH batteries — up to 15 miles. Long Range: 10 AH batteries — up to 25 miles. (Range may vary with habits, weight, weather, and terrain.)

Warranty
The Phoenix comes with a standard 1-year warranty on the frame, motor, battery, and electronic parts.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, please contact us and we'll help resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply. You can contact us to confirm these fees at the time of purchase, as they may vary.
Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
