Warranty
This product comes with a 3-year Frame and 1-year Motor Electronics manufacturer's parts warranty.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the manufacturer’s control.
If you have any issues with your items, please contact us and we’ll help to resolve them.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com and we'll guide you through the process.
Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs and a restocking fee apply. You can contact us to confirm the fee at the time of purchase.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
