Warranty

EVAC+CHAIR™ offers the original purchaser a lifetime product warranty, ensuring it is free from manufacturing defects affecting the reasonable operation of an EVAC+CHAIR™.

Warranty claims exclude expendable parts, which are covered for a period of two (2) years. Expendable parts are those parts routinely replaced during inspection, repair, or maintenance, as detailed in the EVAC+CHAIR™ maintenance guidelines. An expendable parts list can be found here.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. Unfortunately returns are not accepted for Evac + Chair products unless products arrive damaged or faulty.
