Each mattress is crafted with a soft knit quilt panel, a stylish designer border, and reinforced taped edges for long-lasting durability. 

The plush, multi-layer cushion top combines high-density, super-soft polyurethane foam with flame-resistant polyester fibers to create a smooth, supportive surface that enhances pressure relief.

Beneath the comfort layers, a non-skid base keeps the mattress securely in place on adjustable foundations while adding an extra flame-resistant barrier for safety.

For those who prefer cooling comfort, our gel-foam mattresses feature smooth-top zippered covers that bring you closer to the gel layer for better temperature regulation throughout the night.

This product comes with a lifetime manufacturer's parts warranty.

Important Notes

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 20 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
