The Graham Field Gold Care Foam Mattress 41 Series is a high-density foam mattress designed to support patient comfort and effective pressure redistribution.
Ideal for patients at higher risk of pressure injuries, including those with high-risk heels, the mattress features four anatomically matched support zones that help reduce tissue interface pressure while providing balanced support.
A die-cut foam top promotes airflow across the sleep surface for added comfort, while the firm side perimeter provides stable edge support to assist with patient positioning and transfers.
The mattress includes an ultra-soft nylon cover with a durable vinyl bottom that is fluid resistant, antimicrobial, bacteria resistant, anti-fungal, non-allergenic, anti-static, and flame retardant for easier cleaning and maintenance.
Select 419 Series models also feature a concealed full zipper.
Made in the USA, the Graham Field Gold Care 41 Series High-Density Foam Mattress is designed to meet HCPCS Code E0184 requirements and complies with 16 CFR 1633.

Warranty
This product comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns

Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee apply.
- Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
