The Graham Field Lumex Select Comfort 500 Series is a pressure redistribution foam mattress designed to provide comfort and support for patients at higher risk of pressure injuries, including those with high-risk heels.
Its multi-layer construction features a high-density foam base, a supportive secondary layer, and a convoluted top layer that promotes airflow to help keep the sleep surface comfortable.
The mattress includes a soft stretch polyurethane top cover with a durable vinyl bottom.
Low-shear fabric helps reduce friction against the skin, while the fluid-resistant, antimicrobial, bacteria-resistant, anti-fungal, and non-allergenic properties support cleanliness and routine infection control.
The cover is also anti-static, flame retardant, easy to clean, and equipped with a concealed full zipper.
A firm side perimeter provides added edge support, with optional 3-inch (7.62 cm) raised perimeter bolsters featuring an ingress-egress cutout.
The 36-inch-wide model supports up to 450 lbs.(204.1 kg), while the 42-inch-wide model supports up to 500 lbs. (226.8 kg), when weight is evenly distributed.
Made in the USA, the Lumex Select Comfort 500 Series is designed to meet HCPCS Code E0184 requirements and complies with 16 CFR 1633.
It includes a 60-month mattress warranty and a 12-month cover warranty.

This product comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns

- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
