The Graham Field Lumex Select LS400 Alternating Pressure and Low Air Loss Mattress System provides pressure management for patients in acute and long-term care settings.

Its 2:1 alternating cycle inflates and deflates air cells while continuously supporting half of the body.

Cell-on-cell construction keeps the lower air cells inflated if the upper cells lose pressure, helping maintain comfort and protection during a power failure.

Caregivers can select 5-, 10-, 15-, or 20-minute alternating cycles or activate Static Mode for continuous low air loss therapy.

The system includes eight comfort settings, an Auto Firm function, and a Fowler feature that increases airflow when the bed’s head section is elevated.

Additional features include a low-pressure audio alarm with a 20-minute mute option, a quick-release CPR valve, a footboard mounting hanger, and a fully zippered quilted cover.

Available from Alto Med Supply, the Lumex Select LS400 measures 36 x 80 x 8 inches and supports up to 450 pounds when weight is evenly distributed.

It includes a two-year pump warranty and a one-year mattress warranty.
