The Human Care Basic Sling in Polyester Net, designed for safe, comfortable, and hygienic patient transfers.

Made from flexible, airy, and quick-drying polyester net fabric, this sling is ideal for bathing environments and ensures moisture and heat dissipate efficiently.

The Basic Sling provides full back support while adapting to the patient’s body, making it suitable for most lifting situations and a wide range of patients.

This shoulder-high sling features divided leg parts and is particularly suitable for patients with poor trunk stability or those who need to maintain an upright sitting position.

Easy to care for and simple to fit, it is available in Polyester, Polyester Net, and Soft Air Mesh fabrics.

The Net and Soft Air Mesh models can remain in place briefly after transfers, while the standard Polyester model should be removed after use.

Manufactured to the highest quality standards, the Human Care Basic Sling includes reinforced straps and high-strength nylon webbing to withstand frequent use.

Color-coded labels and straps ensure quick and accurate selection and positioning, making transfers safe and efficient for both caregivers and patients.

• We also offer white glove engineer delivery with assembly and demonstration if required. Please contact us for a quote.
• If you require faster shipping or shipping anywhere other than the contiguous United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Warranty

This product comes with a six month manufacturer's warranty.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee apply. 
• Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
