Available in both single patient use (SPU) and reusable models, the SPU version can remain under the patient, wicking away fluids to support infection control and simplify hygiene protocols.

The General Purpose Sling is crafted from a durable yet soft polyester/cotton blend and includes integrated head support, allowing safe lifts even from the floor.

Its generous width and high weight capacity up to 318 kg (700 lb) make it ideal for heavier users in seated, horizontal, or semi-recumbent transfers.

Customers can choose between reinforced loops for added durability or clips for quick and secure attachment, accommodating 2-point, 3-point, or 4-point suspension systems depending on the model.

Available in adult sizes Small through Extra Large, this sling offers flexibility, comfort, and safety while promoting infection control through single-patient use.

Warranty

This product comes with a six month manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee apply. 
• Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
