The Jeio Tech | Forced Convection Oven Programmable is designed for large-volume laboratory drying and heating applications that require precise temperature control and programmable operation.
Available at Alto Med Supply, this high-capacity laboratory oven supports temperatures up to 300°C and chamber capacities up to 760 liters, making it ideal for research laboratories, industrial testing, material processing, and production environments.
Equipped with an intuitive color touch LCD display, the OF3-P/PH series allows users to easily create and manage complex heating programs.
The programmable controller supports up to 10 temperature programs with 10 steps per program, including ramp-up and dwell control functions.
Programs can be linked together, repeated for up to 99 cycles, and customized with adjustable pre-heating and heating times for greater process flexibility and automation.
This programmable convection oven delivers rapid and uniform heating performance using advanced microprocessor PID temperature control with automatic tuning and three-point temperature calibration.
Two powerful and quiet sirocco fans generate forced air convection to improve airflow circulation, temperature uniformity, and drying efficiency throughout the chamber.
The adjustable 5-speed fan and dual slide vents allow users to optimize airflow and vapor circulation for different laboratory applications.
Built for durability and long-term performance, the oven features a corrosion-resistant Incoloy sheath heating element and stainless steel interior.
Rounded chamber corners simplify cleaning while supporting better airflow inside the chamber.
The optimized insulation system helps improve energy efficiency while keeping the exterior surface temperature safe during high-temperature operation.
For added convenience, the OF3-P/PH oven includes dual wait on/off timer modes, preset temperature memory for commonly used settings.
USB and RS-232 ports for external control and data collection, and optional triple tempered-glass viewing windows for easy chamber monitoring.
Built-in casters allow easier installation and relocation within laboratory environments.
Safety features include keypad lock protection to prevent accidental setting changes, automatic restart after power interruption.
Over-temperature and over-current protection systems, and audible and visible open-door alarms for safer laboratory operation.
