Designed with a responsive 3.5-inch touch display, this advanced controller allows easy adjustment of settings, clear data visibility, and efficient experiment management.

The built-in “Wait On / Wait Off” timer function helps automate laboratory processes and improve workflow efficiency.

For reliable laboratory performance, the controller uses advanced 3-point temperature calibration to maintain accurate temperature control across a wide operating range.

Optimized airflow technology ensures uniform heat distribution with temperature variation within ±0.55℃ at 37℃.

Adjustable upper and lower temperature limits provide fast alerts when abnormal conditions occur, helping protect sensitive samples and laboratory processes.

The Jeio Tech Intuitive Touch Controller also supports convenient data management and remote monitoring capabilities.

Optional RS-232 and USB connectivity allow operation and monitoring from a PC, while the optional LC Green Box mobile monitoring system enables real-time equipment monitoring from mobile devices.

Optional BMS compatibility allows laboratories to quickly respond to temperature abnormalities, and the optional LC Data Keeper system supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for GMP-regulated environments and audit-ready data management.

Built with laboratory safety in mind, this controller features a patented overheating prevention system, Over Temperature Limiter protection, and compliance with IEC Class II and DIN 12880 Class 3.1 standards.

The system stores the latest 12 operational events, including run times, stops, and errors, making troubleshooting and tracking easier.

Optional double stacking capability also helps maximize valuable laboratory space.

Additional features help reduce incubation failure and improve experiment stability.

An optional water tray minimizes media drying for longer incubation periods, while automatic power recovery restores previous settings within 30 seconds after brief blackouts.

This product comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.

• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
• Used bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
