Ideal for individuals weighing up to 500 lbs, the DermaFloat LAL supports treatment for Stage 1–4 pressure injuries and is also effective for pain management in patients with conditions such as arthritis, AIDS, oncology-related discomfort, and more.
Engineered for optimal patient care, the system features twenty individual air cells that evenly distribute body weight to reduce pressure points.
A true low air loss design helps wick away moisture, reducing the risk of skin maceration.
The antimicrobial, low-shear therapy pad is fluid-proof yet breathable, helping protect sensitive skin while improving comfort.
The included two-inch safety mattress maintains inflation for up to 12 hours during transport or power outages, minimizing the risk of bottoming out.
Additional features include CairRails side air bolsters for enhanced fall protection, a generous 42-inch width for added comfort and caregiver access, and three operation modes Autofirm, Therapy, and Pulsate to suit various clinical needs.

Warranty
This product comes with a 2-year warranty on the mattress and a 1-year warranty on the cover and electromechanical components.
Important Notes
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.
Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.
Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns
We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Here are a few important points to note:
- You have the right to return your order within 10 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs and restocking fee apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
