Warranty

LightSpeed Lift steel frames are covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Soft goods, including Magic Shorts, Lift Straps, Super Lift Straps, Universal/Super Lift Belts, and Thigh Wraps, are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• This product comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
