Featuring a 10-inch ultra-high support surface with a patented cell-on-cell design, the mattress prevents bottoming out even during power outages by maintaining air in the lower cells.

The top three cells remain static to provide a comfortable pillow effect for added patient support.

The mattress includes 20 easily replaceable snap-out air cells, eight ventilated low air loss cells, and a quilted cover with a hidden zipper for easy cleaning.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
