This product comes with a 5 year manufacturer's parts warranty on the frame and 2 year manufacturer's parts warranty on all other parts.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs and restocking fee apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
