Its lightweight, foldable design allows it to fit in the trunk of most cars as well as SUVs and vans, making it easy to transport and store.

The SmartScoot features two folding options, three adjustable speed settings, and three rear-wheel positions for a comfortable and customizable ride.

It can travel up to 7 mph, adjustable down to 3 mph, and supports a weight capacity of 250 lbs.

Powered by a 5 lb. FAA-compliant lithium-ion battery, the scooter provides up to 12 miles of range on a single charge, making it ideal for travel and daily mobility needs.

Each purchase from Alto Med Supply includes the SmartScoot scooter, rechargeable battery, charger, removable front cloth basket, luggage rack, and LED handlebar light, so you have everything needed to get started.

Warranty

SmartScoot provides a limited warranty with the following coverage:

2-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the structural frame under normal use conditions.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers all components, including motor, brakes, electrical system, axles, and battery, under normal use conditions.

This warranty is valid for the original owner and is non-transferable. If a defect arises, SmartScoot™ may, at its option:

Provide components to repair the scooter using new or refurbished parts at no charge.

Exchange the scooter with a functionally equivalent product that is new or refurbished.

Refund the original purchase price.

Similar to HandyScoot™, this warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, or other causes not related to defects in materials and workmanship. It also does not cover parts that may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, such as tires, upholstery, and fuses. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
