The Smirthwaite Mobi Changer from Alto Med Supply is a fully mobile, height-adjustable changing table designed for convenient use across multiple rooms and care environments.

Its compact, slimline design requires no wall or floor installation, making it a practical and cost-effective option for schools, healthcare facilities, multi-user settings, and homes where permanent installation is not suitable.

The electric height adjustment provides a broad range of positioning at the press of a button, helping caregivers achieve a comfortable working height for transfers and changing tasks.

Designed with clearance for use with a variety of patient hoists, the Smirthwaite Mobi Changer supports transfers from beds, wheelchairs, and toileting chairs.

Its mobile design allows it to be easily maneuvered between rooms, while the stowaway side rails provide added convenience during use and storage.

The changing table is available with a cream powder-coated frame for dry environments or a stainless steel frame for wet or damp environments, allowing users to select the configuration suited to their care setting.

Warranty

Smirthwaite warrants the products detailed on your order to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years
from date of delivery.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs and 10% restocking fee apply. 
• Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
