This flexible design provides additional space and comfort for users while still allowing the bed to navigate through standard doorways when needed.

The bed also includes Smart Stop technology, an intelligent safety feature that pauses the bed at preset height positions to support safer transfers, controlled repositioning, and easier accessibility during patient care.

Designed to meet varying user needs, the ReadyWide Bed is available in two weight capacity options.

The standard model supports up to 500 lbs., while the heavy-duty version accommodates up to 650 lbs., making it an ideal solution for bariatric care and higher-capacity requirements.

Warranty

This product comes with a 5-year limited manufacturer's parts warranty. The mechanical components warranty generally covers defects in the bed's mechanical parts such as actuators, motors and drive mechanisms for 5 years. 

Important Notes:

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer. 

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging. If packaging has been opened, returns will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee apply.
• Opened bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
