It is designed for users approximately 5'4" and taller and is available in two handle widths to accommodate different user preferences: the TLCE001 Standard Handle model with a 26-inch overall width, and the TLCE002 Wide Handle model with a 28-inch overall width.

• You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
