For added peace of mind, a bolt-on ratchet is included for optional use.

This lift is compatible with 3- or 4-wheeled scooters that have a minimum 7" wheel size and supports up to 350 lbs.

With 24 inches of possible ground clearance, it provides smooth and stable travel, even over uneven terrain.

Its compact design weighs just 98 lbs, making it a practical solution for users looking for both strength and ease of handling.

Built with all-steel construction and a protective powder coat finish, the Hold N' Go is made to withstand everyday use and weather exposure.

It comes with a 21-foot wire harness, a 30-amp resettable circuit breaker, and fits standard 1-1/4" or 2" square hitch receivers, making installation simple and versatile for different vehicles.

Warranty

CARRIERS: All carriers come with a 3 year manufacturer's parts warranty.

TRANSPORT COVERS: All transport covers come with a 1 year manufacturer's parts warranty.

EXCEPTIONS: 1 year limited warranty on all Electrical components including motor and actuator. All custom orders have a 90~day limited warranty. Retractable ratchet straps carry a one 1 year limited warranty provided through the manufacturer.

Important Notes

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Damage from improper maintenance or unsuitable environmental conditions is also excluded.

Important: Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping immediately after unpacking and report within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns

We at Alto Med Supply are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at support@altomedsupply.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
  
• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.
  
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
